- Description
- This is a solicitation for Digital CCTV System prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Request for Quotation (RFO) 673-31-04 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. North American Industry Classification System is 513120. The requirement is brand name or equal in accordance with VAAR clause 852.211-77. Small business size standard is 100 employees. Delivery to be made to James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 336112. Provide by price the following: On-demand delivery of service to all television outlets; 12 education channels ? 12 simultaneous television users; 144 hours-Total video hours to be placed onto system server; 25 hours of video encoding per year, includes menu changes/edits by project manager; Digital backup copy of entire video library; 20 total educational videos of our choice; Scheduler & continuous-play feature for pre-determined start times of videos; Project Manager-training, menue edits, marketing; 5 yrs-parts, service, project management & 24hr help line usage; multi-linqual voice prompts if needed; hospital bulletin board channel to all televisions on cable system; satisfaction surveys-multiple surveys with e-mail or print notification alert; instant post-test function to measure retention; instant documentation of all video & survey activity; Professional installation & testing of all equipment; System must include uninterrupted power supply (UPS).
