- Description
- The Contractor shall provide the Research Department of the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121 with a Web Based Research Data System. This is a small part of a three phase (VA Phase One) project in cooperation with UCSF. The project entails working with UCSF in the development of a web based system for compliance related data collection, data retrieval, process documentation and workflow automation. The work shall be at VA and UCSF site(s). This is a Total Small Business Set-aside and commercial procurement. The following clauses and provisiosn and any addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. All questions must be in writing. No phone calls will be accepted or returned with questions. Questions may be faxed to 925/372-2044 or emailed to john.gregorio2@med.va.gov. The solicitaton will be available for downloading o/a October 15, 2003 at: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments without further notice by the VA.
