- Description
- The VA MEDICAL CENTER, DAYTON OH intends to issue a sole source award to Motorola to provide radios, hand-held narrow band for the VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio. The Government believes that only one source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements which is that the radios must be operable with the county?s system. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation packages are not available. The Contracting Officer will make the determination whether to compete this proposed action based upon responses received. Qualified parties must submit their information in writing to the VA Medical Center, Contracting Officer (90C), Attn: Samuel S. Tahmoush, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH by October 21, 2003. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
