- VISN 3 Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement to furnish, as requested, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, Ambulette services for the beneficiaries of Dept. Veterans Affairs Medical Facilities New York NY, Brooklyn NY, St. Albans NY, Bronx NY, White Plains NY, Yonkers NY, and Sunnyside NY, in strict accordance with specifications, terms and conditions of solicitation 10N3-243-03. Period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2004 with an option to extend the term of the contract for two additional (1) year periods. NAICS 485991, SIZE $6.0.
