- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons-Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of (1) Dental Hygienist for the Federal Correctional Institution in Ray Brook, New York. This proposed contract will be set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 621399, with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The contract term shall consist of a base period extending from the date of award through 12 months with four (4) subsequent, 12 month option periods for renewal if exercised. The successful contractor shall provide Dental Hygienist services consistent with community standards. Services will be performed on individuals who are in the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. Estimated yearly contract requirements include 800 estimated one hour sessions. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 20, 2003, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
