The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Destination inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6645-01-356-5944, 30 day?s delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
