Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase). Small business set-aside. Quantity 379 each with 100% quantity option. Delivery :180 days ARO. Ship To: New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is 17 September 2003 and the closing date is 17 October 2003.
