- Description
- The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to Nigeria (USAID/Nigeria), is publishing the subject RFA as a DRAFT, in order to obtain comments/input from all public and private interested parties. Your comments/input for the RFA will be taken into consideration for the preparation of the final solicitation. Please note that given the tight schedule the Mission has to finalize the RFA, we encourage the interested parties to submit their questions/comments before the closing date stated above. USAID/Nigeria is simultaneously submitting a total of three draft RFAs for comment. The three RFAs are linked to each other and will contribute to achieving results in selected social sectors. The first RFA, which is attached, will focus on increasing the use of social sector services. The other two RFAs are: the Enabling Environment (RFA No. 620-04-003), which addresses policy issues in the social sectors; and the HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis program (RFA No. 620-04-002). The resulting Agreements will be implemented simultaneously.
