- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 23,764 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of 20,665 BOMA Office Area square feet) of office and warehouse space, together with forty-two (42) on-site, reserved and secured parking spaces in Brooklyn, NY. The Lease term will be for five (5) years with the Government having 90-day cancellation rights during this term. This space is to be located within the following delineated area: Bounded on the north by 9th Street; then continue west to West 9th Street; proceeding west on West 9th Street to Columbia Street; proceeding South along Columbia Street to Lorraine Street; proceeding west along Lorraine Street to Wolcott Street; proceeding West along Wolcott Street to the Upper New York Bay; 65th Street on the South and 5th Avenue on the East. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal. Expressions of interest should include the following: Building name and address.Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot. Confirm BOMA Method of Measurement, usable yield for available space by floor and building common area factor.
