Description

"The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order to Honeywell International, Inc. under Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-02-G-003J to enable an Engineering Change Proposal to modify a proprietary Honeywell engine fuel control system. Procurement will provide for development, test and delivery of a comprehensive PC-based software development and test system that replicates the functionality of the aging and obsolete software development and test equipment currently in use which includes: a TI-990 DX10 computer and software, an EK104 self contained test set, an EK135 automatic tester, an EK73 board tester, Honeywell Publications Source Data, and Production Recurring ?Series IV. The test system to be delivered must support continued software development including integration of the NP2000 propeller system and ongoing repair, system upgrade and manufacture of the proprietary Honeywell Digital Electronic Trim Control incorporated in Rolls-Royce T56 Series IV propulsion system."
