- INTERIM SPARES FOR THE VISUAL PROGRAM Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for the procurement of the following spares in support of the VISUAL Program as follows: Qty 2 each Master CPU (P/N 427736-000); Qty 2 each Graphics CPU (P/N 427731-000); Qty 1 each PMC Carrier CCA (P/N 427732-000); Qty 2 each IP Carrier CCA (P/N 427733-000); Qty 6 each Display Module (P/N 427660-000); Qty 2 each Power Supply CCA (P/N 427640-000); Qty 2 each Thermal Electric Cooler (P/N 427624-000); qty 2 each Workstation Interface CCA (P/N 427630-000); Qty 2 each, Cable, Fiber Optic, Input to Video Interface CCA (W110) (P/N 427550-000); Qty 1 Cable, Workstation Interlock (W119) (P/N 427543-000); qty 1 each Switch Panel Assembly (P/N 427620-000); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S1) (P/N 995100-038); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S2) (P/N 995100-039); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S3) (P/N 995100-040); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S4) (P/N 995100-041); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S5) (P/N 995100-042); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S6) (P/N 995100-043); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S7) (P/N 995100-044); qty 2 each Switch, Pushbutton (S8) (P/N 995100-045); Qty 2 each Indicator (l1) (P/N 995100-046); Qty 2 each Indicator (l2) (P/N 995100-047); Qty 2 each Indicator (l3) (P/N 995100-048); Qty 2 each Indicator (l4) (P/N 995100-049); Qty 2 each Indicator (l5) (P/N 995100-050); Qty 4 each Knobs (P/N 427596-000); Qty 1 each Cable, Fiber Optic Input (W118) (P/N 427530); and 1 each Cable Assy, Fiber Optic (W133) (P/N 427531). The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. L-3 Communications Display Systems, Alpharetta, GA is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide this hardware. Firms that recognize and support the VISUAL Program are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government intends to procure this hardware under Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-01-G-0338. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. See Note 22.
