Description
NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, has a requirement to dredge up to approximately 66,000 cubic yards at the head of the Duwamish River navigation channel, Seattle, WA. The Contractor shall be responsible for dredging from Station 257+35 to the upstream end of the navigation channel, approximately 0.4 mile length. Mechanically dredge sediment and dispose of sediment by bottom-dump scow at the Pacific Sound Resources (PSR) site or the PSDDA open-water disposal site in Elliott Bay. Dredged material may be used to form a cap at the offshore area of the PSR superfund site. Dredged material shall be disposed at the PSR site onto predefined targets. The center of scow shall be within a 100 ft radius of the targets. If the PSR site is not ava ilable, sediment shall be disposed at the PSDDA Elliott Bay open-water site. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package. To be eligible for contract award a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The North American Industry Classification System 237990 with a size standard of $17 Million. Project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcon tracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $17.0 million.
