- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. For tracking purposes only the Solicitation Number will be identified as W45CG6-3275-1000. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 12.1. The applicable clauses are 52.212-1 Instructions to Offer, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications??????Commercial Items (JUN 2003), 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions??????Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders??????Commercial Items (JUN 2003), following clauses apply; (1) 52.203-6, (15) 52.222-2 1, (16) 52.222-26, (18) 52.222-36, (24) 52.225-13, (29) 52.232-33. DFARS 252.212-7001, following clauses apply; 252.225-7001, 252-232-7003. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database in order to receive an award. The website address for registration is: http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This requirement is for leasing 28 steam cleaners to the 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, TX for one year. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for all equipment, supplies, materials, labor, and training necessary to delivery; set-up; testing; installation; fuel; and a maintenance contract that covers parts for the entire year. Also, vendor will conduct certified instructor training classes for th e units. Detailed specifications on parts as follows: High Pressure Cleaning System (8.0 GPM, 3000 PSI, Belt Drive, 208 v-3 phase 1.5 H.P. motor; factory installed automatic shut down, auto pilot; dual gun system). The North American Industry Classification System Code applicable to this acquisition is 532310 and the small business size standard is 6M employees. This solicitation is unrestricted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The date and time for receipt of offer is 11 Oct 03, 3:00 PM. All offers received within three (3) day after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
