Description

NA Provide a Magnesium Hydroxide Slurry to the Fort Bragg Wasterwater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. A fixed price rquirements type contract is anticipated. The period of performance will be 10 November 2003 through 09 November 2004. Th is requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. For determining business size on this project, the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325998 / 500 employees. It is the Government??????s intent to issue the solicitation and amendments (if any) electronically via the Internet. Upon release to the public, entire solicitation will be released solely on the Internet at http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.HTM (paper copies will not be availa ble). All prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining any amendments, the solicitation or any other information from the Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting (D.O.C.) website. It is therefore the responsibility of the Contractor to check the D.O. C. website frequently/daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors wishing to do business with the Government must be registered in the CCR for any awards resulting from solicitations issued after 01 January 1998 or the contractor will no t be eligible for award. The requirement applies to all solicitations and awards, regardless of the media: paper, oral, fax, electronic, etc. Contractors may register in the CCR through the world wide web at http://www.ccr.gov/ or 888-227-2423.
