- Optical Disk Storage System (Filenet) OSAR 107GTL Serial Number #30527. Anticipated award date: 01 NOV 2003. Sole source in accordance with (10 USC 2304(c)(1), as Implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one resonsible source. (Plasmon LMS Inc, 4425 Arrowswest Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80907-3489. This is a Request for Proposal Synopsis. OO-ALC/MASW, Hill AFB, UT, has a requirement for hardware preventative maintenance support of government-owned Optical Disk Storage System (Filenet). The above authority is selected because Filenet, the original manufacturer, no longer does the preventative maintenance on the Disk Storage System. Plasmon LMS Inc is their qualified/certified representative to work on this system. It's one-of-a-kind system that utilizes proprietary hardware/software and the only OEM can maintain and repair or their qualified/certified representatives. Period of performance: Basic Year with a one-year option period. Place of contract performsnce: Hill AFB, UT, Bldg 1202. This acquisition is RESTRICTED to Plasmon LMS Inc.
