- Description
- Contractor to provide labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to provide Home Oxygen Services to beneficiaries of the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Contractor must be capable of providing services in the following Pennsylvania counties: Union, Snyder, Juniata, Perry, Cumberland, Adams, York, Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin and Northumberland. Contract will be for 1 base year plus four 1 year options.
