- Description
- The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis a contract to Hewlett Packard to provide hardware and software support on a 24/7 basis for a Hewlett Packard XP Critical Support System (Product no. H4393C). The basis for the non-competitive action is that Hewlett Packard is the only valid source with the organization, parts inventory and expertise the can meet the Bureau of the Census's needs for timely and effective support. The intent of this synopsis is for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive requirements. No solicition will be issued
