- THIS SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEBSITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of rerouting and constructing 3.58 kilometers of the Warm Springs Trail. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment necessary for a 800mm (30-inch) tread. Also included is construction of shallow stream fords, obliteration of abandoned trail segments, and removal and disposal of flagging, ribbon and other survey markings. Maximum of 0.90 meter (36-inch) width machinery will be authorized for use on this project. Project location: travel State Highway 75 north from Ketchum, Idaho, approximately 15 miles to the junction with the Baker Creek Road No. 162. Travel Baker Creek Road approximately 9 miles to the Baker Lake Trailhead. NAICS code: 237990; Size Standard: $28.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start date is 6/7/2004 with a completion by date of 8/27/04. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
