Description
Solicitation Number 10-3K06-04 Amendment no. One (1) The purpose of this amendment is to provide the attached questions generated by this solicitation and to inform bidders that the solicitation closing date will be amended through Friday, October 10, 2003 at 2:30 pm. 1) Is there an incumbent? No. 2) Is there a possibility that an extension will be issued? The closing date is hereby extended through Friday, October 10, 2003 at 2:30 pm. 3) How many applicants do you forecast will apply for the CCTAP? We estimate approximately 53 employees. 4) Does the place of performance of this solicitation have to be in WASHINGTON, DC Postal Code: 20250 Country: US? No, but within the United States. 5) Will this be performed at the contractors facility or Government? At the contractors facility. 6) Where can we obtain the Statement of work? The Statement of Work is contained within the combined synopsis/solicitation. 7) Was this solicitation previously posted? No 8) If so, did the contractor or the government opt out? Not Applicable 9) What are the annual anticipated amounts (tuition) will the contractor be administering? Annual anticipated payouts are not-to-exceed $250,000. 10) Can monthly invoices be submitted electronically (E-mail) for E-pay by the Government? We will determine at time of award. 11) Can quarterly reports be sent by e-mail and/or fax? Quarterly reports may be sent via e-mail. 12) Will the contractor be responsible for any type of recruiting new providers? No 13) The solicitation states the Place of Performance as "Washington, DC, 20250, US." Does this mean that (a) this contract must be performed in the Washington DC area at the contractor's facility, (b) this contract must be performed in Washington DC at the USDA/REE facility, or (c) this contract can be performed at the contractor's facility, even if it is outside the Washington DC area? The place of performance will be at the successful contractor?s facility. 14) We would be grateful to receive the SOW for the above-mentioned solicitation, in order to see if our capabilities might be applicable. See #6 15) What is the amount set-aside for distributed to licensed child care providers for Base and Option Years, minus administrative fees? $250,000 is the maximum payout for FY 04 16) What is the maximum allowable amount that each eligible employee can receive per month? $500 17) .
