- ***THIS SOLICITATION WAS PREVIOUSLY SYNOPSIZED UNDER SP047003R4568**** Solicitation for the following NSNs:1560-00-236-4403; 1560-00-462-4941; 1560-00-469-9321;1560-01-372-8890;1560-01-429-8040; 1560-01-434-1920; 1560-01-371-2819; 1560-00-138-4787; 1560-00-435-9115; 1560-00-462-4935; 1560-00-462-4956; 1560-00-462-4959; 1560-00-494-3105; 1560-00-494-8675;1560-00-520-2735;1560-01-061-7614; 1560-01-226-4158; 1560-01-355-1397;1560-01-429-2948; 1560-01-436-0219;5342-01-481-5350;5342-01-481-5395. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The following NSNs have a surge requirement: 1560-00-462-4935 total surge qty: 18 each;1560-00-469-9321 total surge qty: 12 each; 1560-00-494-3105 total surge qty: 6 each; 1560-00-494-8675 total surge qty: 6 each. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
