- WMATA is soliciting proposals, RFP-C-JD4201/LAB for the design and construction of the White Flint multi-level parking structure for approximately 1272 spaces located on Rockville Pike in MD. This is a negotiated ?Best Value? procurement, with Technical & Cost due on the same date. The project includes, but not limited to development of final design drawings and final specifications; project management functions; design and field engineering; safety and quality control functions; site work; construction and installation of foundation and superstructure, architectural finishes, electrical and mechanical; installation of equipment, and systems for parking structure including GETS; PABX; FIA; CTS; PARC as well as integrating these systems into the existing system. Estimated range $10 -15M, duration 15 months.
