- Description
- The U.S. Government currently occupies 127,439 RSF of space at Buildings 4-31-33-35-37 Executive Park, Atlanta, GA, under a lease that will expire on December 31, 2003. The GSA plans to negotiate a lease extension for a term of two years, one year firm, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs (estimated at $29.37 RSF). Alternate locations must also include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs as well as the cost to move data and telecommunication lines (estimated move cost is $5.75 PUSF). These divisions interact on programmatic issues on a daily basis. The close proximity of these five buildings is essential in maintaining the integrity of this programmatic interaction, as well as the shared facilities. LEASE TERM: Two years, one year firm, January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2005.
