- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), a bureau of the Department of The Treasury, has a requirement to procure maintenance for the following software: (1) Executive Software Diskeeper NT Server v7.0 quantity 11; (2) Trusted Information System Trusted Enterprise Manager quantity 1; (3) WRQ Reflections Multihost Enterprise Standard quantity 1300; (4) WRQ Reflections X quantity 10; (5) Symantec Ghost Software quantity 1300; (6) Veritas Backup Executive Advanced Server 5 x 12 quantity 55; (7) Symantec Enterprise Firewall 7.0 w/vpn DES Gol quantity 1; (8) Network Associates Active Virus Defense Priority Support quantity 1030; (9) Symantec Webnot quantity 1. This is an all or none request for offers. Period of performance will be October 20, 2003 through October 19, 2004. A separate solicitation is not available. Quotations in response to this notice should include 1. Price Proposal?a firm fixed price for all items listed above. 2. Technical proposal?commercial literature describing the items. Questions must be submitted via email to miriam.neale@ots.treas.gov. Responsible firms may submit a written response to this notice. Oral proposals will not be accepted. The OTS will issue a firm fixed priced purchase order only after determining the most advantageous means of satisfying the Government?s requirement. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The following clauses will apply to any purchase order resulting from this request for proposal. 52.252-2, 52.203-1, 52-203-3, 52.203-4, 52.212-9, 52.222-3, 52.222-4, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.233-1, 52.243-1, 52.249-1, 52.217-8, 52.217-9.
