- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for the following sole source procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely within the discretion of the Government. The items to be reburished are sole-sourced to Limitorque Corporation, Lynchburg, VA 24506 because all plans, drawings, repair procedures are proprietary in nature and are not available for release to other contractors or government offices. 0001).
