- Description: Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement for management and engineering technical support for the PMA-201 Conventional Strikes Weapon Program Integrated Product Team (IPT). PMA-201 has full responsibility for the assigned conventional strike weapons and associated commodities for aviation systems for joint services and our allies. PMA-201 provides the leadership and expertise to transform user requirements into affordable, timely and effective solutions for the warfighter. Specifically, this requirement will provide for the management of government owned and contractor utilized equipment and materials and provide recommendations for disposition of items upon contract close out; the development and maintenance of a data management tracking system of government owned submunition piece parts; and the maintenance of configuration status of Government test instrumentation kits to meet test safety requirements and program objectives. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) GSA FSS order against SIN 871-6 will be awarded. The expected period of performance for this contract will be twelve (12) months from date of award. The RFQ, including SOW, quotation instructions, and selection criteria will be posted to http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/ by 08 October 2003. All proposals received on or before 4:30 p.m. 14 October 2003 will be considered by the Government.
