- Provide material, equipment, and labor to: a. Wash down the engine room bilges and pump out all water. All washing operation shall be conducted under the supervision of Second Engineer. b. Wash down four (4) cargo holds, 14 levels all together, and pump out the water. All washing operation shall be conducted under the supervision of Cago Boson. c. After the shipyard period, various spaces and equipment on board the ship requires detailed cleaning. d. Contractor to dispose bilge water/wash down water in compliance with all local, state, and EPA regulations. Estimate of 25,000 gallons e. Period of Performance: 18 October through 25 October 2003.
