- NA The USPFO For Michigan, after market research of the region, determined that the best value for the Government is to award a firm fixed price contract to Valley Plaza Resort, 5221 Bay City Road, Midland, MI48642-6098 for the procurement of the use of a fam ily-oriented environment Conference Center Facility, i.e. no gambling or adult entertainment. Required are lodging, multiple break-out rooms, large assembly room, audio-visual equipment, and some snacks/meals. This service is required 20-22 February 2004 with set-up on Thursday. Due to travel cost constraints, Conference/Symposium location is limited to the geographic region within a 35 mile radius of Midland, MI.. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. . Responses to this notice of intent to award to Vall ey Plaza Resort must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 PM EDT, 10 October 2003 to USPFO For Michigan, Attn: Ms. Kit Pohl, Contract Specialist, 3111 W.
