- A Streamlined Study of the Chippewa National Forest building and trails maintenance activities, involving 2.45 full time equivalent employees, was conducted using the Office of Management and Budget, Circular A-76. On 9/29/2003, the decision was made to retain performance in house, using the existing organization to continue to perform the work under current performance provisions.
