Description

This procurement will be 100% set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, will be negotiating a commercial item contract for a quantity of 1400 each, remanufactured drums for the Omnifax L620E/L621 fax machines. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 15, 2003. Proposals will be due by close of business October 31, 2003. Requests for solicitation may be requested by e-mail jwshead@kcc.usda.gov or faxed to Jerry Shead at (816) 926-1782. Requests should include name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325992, and the size standard is 500 employees. The proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered "See government-wide numbered note 27".
