- IQC03198009199. NSN: 5895-00-543-1881. Item description: Case, electronic communication equipment. Full and open competition applies. Bid set available. Controlling reference: Army (80063) drawing SM-D-143140, basic dated 59007; amendment E dated 81229 and all associated call-out drawings. Additional requirements: First article testing is not required. Acceptance testing shall be IAW visual, material and dimensional inspection to the requirements of Army (80063) drawing SM-D-143140, notes 1 and 2 and all related documents called out on the aforementioned document. Sampling plan shall be IAW ANSI/ASQC/Z.1.4 general inspection level 1%. A 1 year Indefinite Quantity type contract with 2 option years is anticipated. Set-Aside: 100% small business. See note (1). Increments solicited: 100-249, 250-499, 500-749, 750-999 and 1000-2500 units. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note (26).
