- Description
- The purpose of this modification number 0001 to Treasury Integrated Print Procurement System (TIPPS)/notice of Intent No. A-04-0001 is to correct and to change the original announcement from a notice of intent to a sources sought. The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices (DO) is seeking an organization to provide the Government with a web-based, commercial ?off-the-shelf (COTS) workflow management system with customized PDF interface. This proposed requirement shall serve as a production tracking, financial management and production input system. The requirement will support the Departmental Offices? Printing and Graphics Division and all Treasury bureaus with daily operations in accordance with (IAW) the associated Statement of Work (SOW). The estimated period of performance for this requirement shall begin at contract award and end twelve months thereafter. All interested/responsible sources may obtain a copy of the SOW by one of the following methods: (1) E-mail to: minnie.wright@do.treas.gov, (2) FAX: (202) 622-2343 and (3) telephone call to: Ms. Minnie Wright, (202) 622-0209. All sources must respond to this notice no later than October 15, 2003. The Government shall consider all responses received from responsible and responsive vendors, timely received. The evaluation/award for this proposed contract will be made based on the ?best value? methodology. Potential vendors will be required to respond to the Government issued tasking proposal via an oral proposal to the requirement. Offerors contacts shall be made no later than October 15, 2003, 4:00 P.M. All responses must reference Number A-04-0001.
