- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Service Agreement for Maintenance and Emergency Repairs to the Waste Fuel Boiler and Associated Equipment for fiscal year 2004, Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requested HOURLY CHARGE AND LABOR CHARGE. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business (see numbered note 1). The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code 333414, with a small business size standard is 500employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-04-0046. The resulting purchase order shall be not-to-exceed price billable at established rates. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small business is requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotation may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number. DUNS numbers, size status (that is small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2:30 P.M. on October 17, 2003, quotation may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Procurement, Attn: Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.
