- Description
- The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) intends to increase the support of the contract with the Gila River Health Care Corporation, Contract No. N01-DK-0-2403. The purpose is to focus on improving diabetes monitoring and intervention in the Gila River Indian Community through implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and enhancing data exchange between the GRHCC and PECRB. The authority for this action is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302. See Numbered Note 22.
