- Solicitation R1-04-BAER-18 will be issued as a Commercial Item, Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry. Award will be firm fixed-price. Item No. 1, Hydro-mulcher, capable of mixing and loading Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT), 2 aircraft, Airtracker 802, via 3 inch camlock at the rate of 200 to 400 gpm. Estimated acres, 50 to 100. Approximate start work October 14, 2003 for an estimate contract time of 5 calendar days. The contract will be offered to the best value offer made to the Government, considering past performance, technical capability and price.
