- Amendment 0001 to solicitation SP0600- 03-R-0160 is hereby incorporated to include the following: (a) interval data for Line Item 3000a, Malmstrom AFB. (b) Extending the closing date for Price submissions from October 15th, 2003 at 12:00 pm local Fort Belvoir time to October 29th at 2:00 pm local Fort Belvoir, VA time. (c) Extending the date for receipt of Technical Submissions from October 8th, 2003 at 12:00 pm local Fort Belvoir, VA time to October 15th, 2003 at 2:00 pm local Fort Belvoir, VA time.
