- Description
- The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts intends to enter into a sole source agreement with the Federal Radio Service Corporation, 8622 Belair Road, Baltimore, MD 21236 for a Stand-Alone Radio System for 1CommWireless 2-way trunked radio service. The system must utilize Federal Government reserved (not commercial) narrowband UHF/VHF frequencies using the wide area 2-way trunked radio communication style. This notice is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
