- This is a sole source announcement. No ?hard copy? Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Comtech EF Data, 2114 W. 7th St., Tempe, AZ 85281 for 2 each ? SLM7650 Modem, P/N .7650.A1121331; 2 each ? SDM2020 Modulator with power cord and manual, P/N .2020M.13290; 2 each - SDM2020 Demodulator with power cord and manual, P/N .2020D.13C90; 1 each ? DVB-ASI/LVDS Interface (SDM-220), P/N PL/8160-1; 3 each ? Assy, PCB (RX) ECL/HSSI Interface, P/N PL/5806-3; 3 each ? Assy, PCB (TX) ECL/HSSI Interface, P/N PL/5806-2. Products must meet the following requirements: (1) MIL-STD-188-165 compliant (2) Variable data rate from 9.6kbs to 20Mbps (3) BPSK, OQPSK, QPSK, 8PSK, 16QAM modulation (4) Viterbi, Trellis, Concatenated Reed-Solomon and Turbo Product Code (5) EIA-530 data interface (6) Flash upgrade capability. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement.
