- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, PA intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Kongsberg Satellite Services in Norway for satellite images on behalf of the Naval Ice Center, Suitland, MD for support of worldwide operational sea ice analysis and forecasts for the Armed Forces of the Deparment of Defense, Department of Commerce, Department of Transportation, and other U.S. government and international agencies. The award is to consist of a on year base period and two option years. A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SEE NOTE 22. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this requirement is D317. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 513310. A solicitation is not available for this requirement.
