- The National Park Service contemplates issuing a sole source contract to Loomis Fargo & Company to provide amored vehicle services for transportation of daily deposits of fee revenues from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to First Hawaiian Bank, Main Branch, Hilo, Hawaii. Services will be daily Monday - Friday with the exception of national holidays. The period of performance will be one base year and one option year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All quotes received within 15 days after date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
