- The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Rehabilitation of Hatchery Raceways, Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery, Celina, TN . Work includes, but is not limited to; supplying of all materials, tools, supplies, labor, transportation and equipment necessary to replace all expansion joints in all raceways A-D and selective repair of failing raceway wall sections in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This is not a small business set-aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 237990. The size standard is $28.5 million. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation documents will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at HTTP://FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFQ number 401814Q001. The tentative RFQ issue date is on or about 10/08/03, with a 30 day closing. Paper copies WILL NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site for any updates/amendments. Note; Registration with the Fish and Wildlife Service for Electronic Commerce (EC) at the National Business Center (NBC) Web site will also be required. Prospective offeror's must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) HTTP://WWW.CCR.GOV in order to be eligible for award. CCR registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number which can be obtained free of charge from Dun and Bradstreet at (800) 333-0505. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued, with a performance period of 160 days from the Notice To Proceed. The anticipated award date is 11/20//03.*****
