For additional information contact Susan Wilson/LPKBB/[405] 734-8761 Item 0001 NSN: 2840-01-205-8297NZ, P/N: 4061979, Range quantities 2/4/6 EA. Size/Dimensions: Overall 15.922 x 16.330. Form/Fit/Function: Provide a sealing effect for the compressor 9th stage disk and hub assembly. Predominant Material: SPEC PWA 1016N1 Alloy. Applicable to: F100/PW220 Engine Core module. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Delivery: JUN 04. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 16 OCT 03. The anticipated award date will be 28 NOV 2003. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Pratt & Whitney (Cage code 52661). No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor is acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Complete data to manufacture this part is not available. This part requires manufacturing and processing acceptance data that is separate from the blueprint and not owned by the Government. This data is required by the manufacturing source to insure part reliability. This item requires MCL data to manufacture. Missing MCL data is not available and is not economically obtainable. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.
