- This notice announces the decision by the Board of Directors for Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (FPI) on the production levels for eight product categories for FY 2004. The eight product categories are: systems furniture, office seating, office case goods, protective clothing, work clothing, trunks, T-shirts, and sweatshirts/sweatpants. The Board has decided to reauthorize FY 2004 production for these eight products at the existing levels authorized for FY 2003, without any change or adjustment for inflation. Interested parties have a right to raise questions at any time with FPI's Board of Directors.
