- Notice of intent to award sole source purchase order to H. Sanchez, Alexandria VA to temporarily administer FS subsidy program. This requirement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a require for proposal nor a solicitation of offer. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to USDA Forest Service, 1621 North Kent Street, RM 707, (VM), Arlington, VA 22209. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. (CBD Note 22)
