- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 1005-00-903-1088 ? Bag, Empty Cartridge w/Frame Assembly. Being bought in accordance with Army (19200) drawing 11699714 and all related data, with First Article Test applicable. Requested delivery is 228 days, including time for First Article Tests. Parts are to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 10/20/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is for 266 each and contains a 200% option to purchase additional quantities at the discretion of the government. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract. A written quotation is required.
