- Description
- This is an announcement of the Small Business Administration?s streamlined competition for examination services in SBA?s Investment Division. This streamlined competition will be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. Examination services are currently provided principally by Government personnel with selected examinations provided by a private sector contractor. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. Prospective offerors are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance as determined by market research is greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. If the performance decision is for private sector performance, SBA will subsequently acquire these services in accordance with the FAR.
