- Amendment 0001 to BAA 03-25 Three-Dimensional (3-D) Electronics The purpose of this amendment to BAA03-25 is to change the Proposal Due Date for submission of full proposals to be considered during the initial round of selections. The following is applicable: In Section II, GENERAL INFORMATION, of PIP: DELETE: "The full proposal (original and designated number of hard and electronic copies) must be submitted to DARPA/MTO, 3701 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203-1714 (Attn.: BAA 03-32) on or before 4:00 p.m., local time, Friday, October 17, 2003, in order to be considered during the initial round of selections;?. INSERT: The full proposal (original and designated number of hard and electronic copies) must be submitted to DARPA/MTO, 3701 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203-1714 (Attn.: BAA 03-32) on or before 4:00 p.m., local time, November 6, 2003, in order to be considered during the initial round of selections;?. ALL OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR BAA03-25 REMAIN UNCHANGED, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY REFERENCED HEREIN.
