- Description
- Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 15,000 of rentable square feet of Class A, high-quality office space. The rentable office space must yield a 13,039 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. . The space should be on a single floor and contiguous; preference will be given to first floor space. Offers for both existing buildings and new construction will be considered. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Tioga Street South: Dauphin Street East: One block East of Broad Street West: One block West of Broad Street Lease Term: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Ten years firm for new construction. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
