- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Reference number F4AFWA32680400 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 44312 and the small business size standard is $7.5M. The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the following items: See attached Excel Spreadsheet. Date and place of delivery are: on or before 60 Days ARO to Offutt AFB, NE. The specific delivery location will be listed on the order. Quotes will be accepted on any or all of the items listed above. The government reserves the right to award to one or more companies, which ever is in the best interest of the Government. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial and The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items. Evaluation will be based on low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification, Commercial Items as well as 252.212-7001, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (Dev); with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
