- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for maintenance service for 3 Cannon Printers located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City OK. Full service 2X5 maintenance for 2 Cannon IR-110 Image Runner Printer, high capacity stacker, extra paper module and post processor and full service 3X7 maintenance for 1 Cannon IR-110 Image Runner Printer, high capacity stacker, extra paper module and post processor. Maintenance shall include all parts, labor and supplies excluding paper and staple wire. Maintenance shall be based on 3.4 million impressions per month, combined. The vendor must be able to provide maintenance services within 1 to 2 hours after notification from the FAA. Ikon Office Solutions Inc, Oklahoma City, OK is the only known Oklahoma authorized dealer that can meet the required response time. Requirement is for 12 months of service from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. Interested authorized dealers of Cannon that can provide the maintenance services in the response time required should respond to the Contracting Officer and reference requirement number 0400111.
