- An Express Study of the Pacific Northwest Region/Station of the USDA-Forest Service for Trails Maintenance for the Siuslaw, Willamette, Umpqua, Rogue River and Siskiyou National Forests involving 8.84 full time equivalents was conducted pursuant to OMB Circular No. A-76, including allowed deviations. On September 29, 2003, the performance decision resulting from the Study was to retain performance in-house.
